Diversity of views within any movement is healthy. However, there has been unnecessary antagonism between advocates of Palestinian rights over various strategic disagreements, and I think it is important to have a constructive debate on these disagreements. That’s why I interviewed several leading activists and intellectuals who are active on the issue of Palestine and who hold divergent strategic perspectives on how to pursue Palestinian rights. More specifically, in this video, I focus on the one-state/two-state debate. Here is some of what Norman Finkelstein, Phyllis Bennis, Yousef Munayyer, Noura Erakat, Hussein Ibish, and Nadia Hijab had to say on the topic:
